1. Promoter

The promoter is BABY DIRECT DANDENONG PTY LTD, ABN 40 619 508 217, of 176–178 Princes Highway, Dandenong VIC 3175. Contact: sales@baby-direct.com.au or 03 8751 8008.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open only to residents of Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania aged 18 or over. The promoter's directors, employees, people involved in administering the promotion and their immediate families are ineligible. Residents of Western Australia and the Northern Territory are not eligible.

3. Promotion period

The promotion opens on each platform when its official Dream On Me V2 giveaway post is published on 20 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 3 November 2026. All dates are in 2026 and all times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time, unless stated otherwise. Entries must be received during this period on an official giveaway post for this bassinet prize that refers to these terms. Each platform's entry route is available only once its official giveaway post has been published. No entries on earlier Milano giveaway posts transfer into this giveaway.

4. How to enter

On Instagram, follow @baby.direct, like the official Dream On Me V2 giveaway post and comment “Happy Birthday Baby Direct!” on that post.

On Facebook, follow Baby Direct's official Facebook Page, like its official Dream On Me V2 giveaway post and comment “Happy Birthday Baby Direct!” on that post.

For the required comment, capitalisation and punctuation do not affect eligibility; the words “Happy Birthday Baby Direct” must be present. Additional words or emojis do not create additional entries.

Limit one valid entry per person per platform and a maximum of two entries across Instagram and Facebook. Repeat comments and additional accounts on the same platform do not earn extra entries. If a platform's official giveaway post is not published during the promotion period, that entry route is unavailable.

Entry is free and no purchase is required. Sharing, tagging, Story sharing and marketing subscriptions are not required and do not earn extra entries. Entrants need not attend the draw. Automated, fraudulent and non-compliant entries may be excluded following reasonable verification. Entry compliance must be capable of reasonable verification; a person will not be declared ineligible merely because a platform temporarily prevents a check.

5. Prize and delivery

There is one prize: one Rever Bebe Dream On Me V2 Bassinet in Charcoal Grey, SKU 136908, including the supplied mattress, travel bag, fastening straps and mosquito net. Furniture, bedding and styling accessories not listed here are excluded. Use the product only in accordance with its supplied instructions and warnings.

The prize is valued at A$259 including GST, based on Baby Direct’s current selling price verified on 20 October 2026. Delivery to an address in an eligible state or territory is included at no cost to the winner.

Baby Direct will arrange and pay delivery to the winner's address in an eligible state or territory, including regional and remote areas. The winner will not be charged delivery or administration fees. Any necessary carrier access arrangements will be agreed privately without imposing an undisclosed fee. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash at the winner's request. Any legally permitted substitution will comply with section 11.

6. Draw and verification

All valid entries from the eligible Instagram and Facebook posts will be combined into one entry pool. One entry will be selected by a recorded, computer-generated random draw at 12 noon AEDT on 4 November 2026, administered by the promoter at 176–178 Princes Highway, Dandenong VIC 3175. Every valid entry has an equal chance; the chance of winning depends on the number of valid entries. No preference will be given for location within eligible areas, follower count or content quality.

The promoter will retain the entry list, duplicate handling, exclusions and selection record. Reasonable verification of age, eligible residency and entry compliance will be completed before the prize is awarded. If a selected entry is established to be invalid, the reason will be recorded and another eligible entry randomly selected, subject to applicable law. The promoter will not replace an eligible winner merely because another entrant is preferred.

7. Notification and publication

The selected entrant will be notified in writing on 4 November 2026 by direct message from the relevant official Baby Direct account. The notification will identify the prize and explain the claim and delivery process. If messaging settings prevent contact, the promoter will reply to the selected entry and take reasonable further steps to identify and contact the entrant.

The result will be published on @baby.direct, the official Facebook giveaway post and the separate webpage containing these terms on 4 November 2026. Where eligibility is not yet confirmed, the selected account will be identified as provisional. The confirmed winner's name or appropriate entry identifier will be added once established. Results will remain available for at least 28 days.

Only reasonable eligibility and delivery information will be requested privately. Baby Direct will never require payment, bank details or credit-card details to claim the prize.

8. Claim deadline and unclaimed prize

The selected entrant should respond by 11:59 pm AEDT on 18 November 2026. They will be given at least 14 days after written notification to claim; if notification is delayed, the response deadline will be extended accordingly.

If the prize remains unclaimed and the winner cannot readily be identified or located despite reasonable efforts, a further recorded random draw from the remaining valid entries will take place at 12 noon AEDT on 19 November 2026, administered at the same address, only where permitted by applicable law. This is not an automatic forfeiture for a known winner who misses a message. A missed response deadline does not override a known winner's legal rights.

If the original claim period must be extended or legal/regulatory requirements prevent that redraw date, the prize will be retained and the revised redraw details published on the terms webpage before the redraw. Any required regulatory directions will be followed.

A replacement entrant will be notified in writing and the result published in the same places on the redraw date. They will receive at least 14 days from written notification to claim. Any further unclaimed-prize situation will be handled consistently with applicable law and the same reasonable-contact safeguards, rather than cancelling the prize without a lawful basis.

The promoter will pay or otherwise transfer the prize to a readily identifiable winner within 28 days of the relevant draw and arrange delivery in accordance with applicable requirements.

9. Personal information and records

The promoter collects entry information to administer this giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant, publish results, deliver the prize and maintain required records. Necessary winner contact and delivery information may be shared with delivery providers for fulfilment. Do not post a home address or identity documents in public comments.

Entry does not subscribe entrants to email or SMS marketing. Any marketing consent will be separate and optional. Information is collected by the promoter, not on behalf of Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Core promotion, entry, draw and prize-distribution records will be retained for at least five years, subject to applicable legal requirements and appropriate security. Unnecessary personal information will not be collected or retained.

10. Instagram, Facebook and Meta

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook and Meta from liability relating to this promotion to the extent permitted by law. Entrants must not inaccurately tag people in photographs.

11. General

By entering, entrants agree to these terms. Nothing excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Any material change, cancellation or prize substitution will be subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval or direction. A substitute prize will not be of lower value; winner agreement will be obtained where required.

These terms describe one Dream On Me V2 Charcoal Grey prize. Any other birthday promotion has its own entry rules; applicable campaign-level prize values must still be considered together where the law requires.
