Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is BABY DIRECT DANDENONG PTY LTD, ABN 40 619 508 217, of 176–178 Princes Highway, Dandenong VIC 3175. Contact: sales@baby-direct.com.au or 03 8751 8008.

2. Who can enter

Entry is open only to residents of Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania who are aged 18 or over. The promoter's directors, employees, people involved in administering the promotion and their immediate families are ineligible.

3. Promotion period

The promotion opens when the official Instagram giveaway post is first published on 13 October 2026. Entries close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 19 October 2026. All times in these terms are Australian Eastern Daylight Time. Entries must be received during the promotion period.

4. How to enter

On Instagram, follow @baby.direct, like the official Milano Electric giveaway post and comment “Happy Birthday Baby Direct!” on that post.

If the promoter publishes an official Facebook giveaway post for this same prize during the promotion period, entrants may also enter by following Baby Direct's official Facebook Page, liking that giveaway post and commenting “Happy Birthday Baby Direct!” on it. The Facebook entry route opens when that post is published. Only official giveaway posts for this prize that refer to these terms are eligible posts.

Limit one valid entry per person per platform, with a maximum of two entries across Instagram and Facebook. If no Facebook giveaway post is published, only the Instagram entry route is available and the limit is one entry per person. Repeat comments or additional accounts do not earn further entries.

Entry is free and no purchase is required. Tagging and sharing are optional and do not earn extra entries. There is no Story-sharing bonus. Entrants do not need to attend the draw. Automated or fraudulent entries, and entries that do not meet these terms, may be excluded following reasonable verification.

5. Prize and delivery

There is one prize: one Rever Bebe Milano Electric Recliner Glider Nursery Chair, including the supplied head and lumbar cushions, power adaptor and user guide. Baby Direct selects the colour, which may differ from promotional photographs. Decorative accessories are not included.

Prize value: A$999 including GST, based on the advertised selling price on 13 October 2026. The product page also displays an A$1,399 comparison price. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash at the winner's request.

Baby Direct will arrange and pay delivery to the winner's address in an eligible state or territory, including regional and remote areas. The winner will not be charged delivery or administration fees. This is an adult chair, not an infant sleep surface.

6. Draw

All valid entries from the eligible posts will be combined into one draw. One winner will be selected by an auditable random draw at 12 noon AEDT on 20 October 2026 at 176–178 Princes Highway, Dandenong VIC 3175. Every valid entry has an equal chance of selection. The chance of winning depends on the total number of valid entries received.

7. Notification and results

The selected entrant will be notified in writing on 20 October 2026 by direct message from the relevant official Baby Direct account. The promoter will also reply to the winning entry if messaging settings prevent delivery and will make reasonable further efforts to identify and contact the winner.

The promoter may request reasonable evidence of age, eligible residency and entry compliance, together with the information needed to deliver the prize. Baby Direct will never require payment, bank details or credit-card details to claim this prize.

The result will be published on @baby.direct and the webpage containing these terms on 20 October 2026, initially identifying the selected account and stating that eligibility verification is pending where necessary. The winner's confirmed name will be added once established. The confirmed result will remain available for at least 28 days.

8. Claiming and an unclaimed prize

The selected entrant should respond by 11:59 pm AEDT on 3 November 2026. The entrant will be given at least 14 days after written notification to claim.

If the prize remains unclaimed and the winner cannot readily be identified despite reasonable efforts, a further random draw will be held at 12 noon AEDT on 4 November 2026 at the same location, where permitted by applicable law. The replacement entrant will be notified in writing that day, and the result will be published in the same places. The replacement entrant will receive at least 14 days after written notification to claim.

A missed response deadline does not override a known winner's rights under applicable law. Any delayed notification or other unclaimed-prize situation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any required regulatory directions. The promoter will pay or otherwise transfer the prize within 28 days of the relevant draw to a readily identifiable winner and arrange delivery in accordance with applicable requirements.

9. Personal information

The promoter collects entry information to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, publish the result, deliver the prize and maintain required records. Relevant winner details may be shared with delivery providers for fulfilment. Entry does not subscribe entrants to email or SMS marketing. Information is collected by the promoter, not on behalf of Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Promotion records will be retained as required by law. 10. Instagram Facebook and Meta

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By entering, each entrant fully releases and holds Instagram, Facebook and Meta harmless from liability relating to this promotion to the extent permitted by law.

11. General

By entering, entrants agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Any change, cancellation or prize substitution will be subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approvals.

These terms cover only the single Milano Electric chair prize described above.
